Saturday (4/12/14) Berger Excavating was on site making the final sanitary sewer repair which could not be completed until the new traffic signals were operational and the temporary traffic signals had been removed.

Last week Berger Excavating was removing temporary sidewalk installed over the winter and starting to clean up the project.  The landscaping subcontractor was also on site completing the remaining sod and mulch.  Also, the concrete subcontractor was on site replacing damaged sidewalk and curb.

This week Berger Excavating is scheduled to begin punch list work, which they anticipate taking a couple of weeks.  Additionally, the electrical subcontractor is scheduling activation of the street lights with ComEd.
