November 2013 – End of Construction

On 3/19/14 the electrical contractor returned to the site and began minor work on the traffic signals and street lights.  Due to freezing temperatures some of the equipment was still frozen below the surface.  The contractor installed the traffic signal posts and mast arms during the week of 3/19/14.

Last week the contractor was able to start pulling wire through the underground conduits for the traffic signals and installed the traffic signal heads.

This week the contractor is continuing installation of street light and traffic signal wires.  Weather permitting they will start installing street lights late this week or early next week.

The new traffic signals are scheduled to be activated on April 7, 2014.

Upon completion of electrical work Berger Excavating will return to the site to complete the final sanitary sewer repair, the concrete contractor will complete the remaining minor concrete items and the landscaper will complete the topsoil and sodding.
