This week Berger Excavating began construction of the Taco Bell frontage driveway to allow drive thru traffic to access Waukegan Rd during construction of the East Leg of the intersection of Waukegan Rd and Chestnut Ave.  Berger also began pavement removal on the south side of Jefferson Ave, restricting Jefferson Ave to westbound one way traffic in the commercial district until pavement work is near completion.

Next week Berger is scheduled to begin storm sewer installation on Jefferson Ave early in the week, followed by earth excavation for the new pavement on Jefferson Ave late next week.  Also next week, Peter Baker is scheduled to pave the Taco Bell frontage drive.
