Construction to begin next week.

Changeable message signs indicating proposed start of construction have been installed at the intersections of East Lake Ave. and Waukegan, Waukegan and Winnetka, Chestnut and Lehigh, and Chestnut and John's Drive.

Next week Berger Excavating is scheduled to begin mobilizing onsite and potholing for utilities.  Additionally, a subcontractor is scheduled to begin tree removal onsite.  The temporary traffic signals will not be installed until construction dictates they are needed.
